Course outline:
 In addition to having the audit engagement completed on time, the team leader is usually tasked with more. This course will aim to bring to the front the responsibilities of the team leader and some of the tools available at the disposal to enable discharge the duties.
The course is designed for auditors with approx. 3-5 years’ experience and who are now aspiring to lead a team in their organization.
Pre-requisites: Minimum audit experience of 3 years
Level: Intermediate
